THEATRE FOR AN EDUCATOR
Theatre is one of the most common artistic activities implemented at school. However, for its being a result-oriented professional process, theatre is a risky work for the students who are insufficient of acting and uninterested in theatre. During our training courses, it is aimed to show how to use drama as an active tool in artistic activities; prepare schoolies week or special day activities ethically, and to improve teachers’ acting skills.
To us, each teacher should be an actor. Educators can make class environment more enjoyable by improving their acting, body language, communication and speaking skills to cooperate with students and catch their attention.
